These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "You") and bao88 (the "Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our"). 02 Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the bao88 Platform constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms, together with the bao88 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms and that the person meets all eligibility requirements set out herein.

03 Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register an account on bao88, you must:

• Be a natural person (corporate registrations are not permitted);
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information during registration;
• Not already hold an active or previously suspended bao88 account;

3.2 Account Information Accuracy

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all information held in your Account. Any changes to your name, date of birth, contact details, or payment methods must be notified to bao88 support promptly. bao88 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep Account information current.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is strictly limited to one registered Account. If bao88 identifies that a player holds multiple accounts — whether registered under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or different personal details — all associated accounts will be suspended, all balances and pending withdrawals will be forfeited, and the player will be permanently barred from the Platform.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. bao88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor SMS authentication. You must notify bao88 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. bao88 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.

04 Age Verification

bao88 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all account holders. By registering, you confirm that you are aged 21 or above.

bao88 reserves the right to request age verification documentation — including a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or following any transaction that raises a verification requirement.

Where age verification cannot be completed to bao88's satisfaction, the Account will be suspended and all funds held pending resolution. If it is determined that a player was under 21 at the time of registration, the Account will be permanently closed, all deposits will be returned where identifiable, and all winnings will be voided.

05 Deposits

5.1 Approved Deposit Methods

bao88 currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of individual payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your Account balance instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take between one and three business hours to process. bao88 does not charge any fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed within the Account deposit section. bao88 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time in accordance with its risk management policies.

5.4 Currency

All Account balances are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the rate applicable at the time of the transaction. bao88 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

5.5 Third-Party Payments

Deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. bao88 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be refunded, and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.

06 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be requested by players who have completed KYC verification. Players who have not yet verified their identity may deposit and wager, but withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until verification is completed.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

bao88 targets the following withdrawal processing timeframes for verified accounts:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Under 10 minutes in most cases, subject to availability of the payment network.
• Bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank): 1 to 6 business hours.
• Visa / Mastercard: 1 to 3 business days.

These timeframes are targets and not guarantees. Processing may take longer during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

6.3 Withdrawal Method Matching

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless the player has formally updated their payment details through verified support channels. This policy is in place to prevent fraud and money laundering.

6.4 Withdrawal Limits

6.5 Withholding of Withdrawals

bao88 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity mismatch, unfulfilled wagering requirements, or any other circumstance that requires investigation under bao88's internal compliance procedures.

07 Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by bao88 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, qualifying games, and expiry period are displayed on each individual promotion page.

7.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the stated expiry period will be automatically removed from a Player's Account without notice. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

bao88 takes bonus integrity seriously. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in the voiding of all related bonus funds and winnings, and may result in permanent account closure:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once;
• Using bonus funds primarily on games with low house edge for the purpose of meeting wagering requirements with minimal risk;
• Coordinating wagers with other players to exploit promotions;
• Providing false information to qualify for a promotion.

7.5 Promotional Eligibility

bao88 reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Promotions may be targeted to specific player segments, geographic areas, or deposit tiers. Not all promotions are available to all players.

08 Betting Rules

8.1 Acceptance of Wagers

bao88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion. Wagers are only accepted and confirmed once a bet reference number has been issued to the player. A wager that has not received a confirmed reference number has not been accepted.

8.2 Odds and Pricing

All odds displayed on bao88 are offered in decimal format. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds confirmed at the time of bet acceptance are the odds that apply to that wager, regardless of subsequent market movements.

8.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting is subject to additional rules and may be suspended at any time. bao88 reserves the right to void in-play wagers where a bet is placed after the relevant in-play event has already concluded, or where a clear pricing error occurred.

8.4 Event Cancellations and Postponements

If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed, wagers on that event will be settled in accordance with bao88's event-specific rules. In general, events that do not commence within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will be voided and stakes returned to Player Accounts.

8.5 Maximum Winnings

bao88 applies maximum single-wager and single-event winning limits. These limits are displayed within the sportsbook interface. Winnings above the stated limit will be capped at the maximum, regardless of the odds or stake placed.

09 Casino and Slot Games

9.1 Game Fairness

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bao88 and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC;
• Registering or operating multiple accounts;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place wagers or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or pricing mistakes with the intent to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of corruption affecting sporting events offered on the Platform;
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime conducted through the Platform;
• Allowing or facilitating use of your Account by a third party;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct towards bao88 staff or other players;
• Attempting to circumvent bao88's security, verification, or responsible gaming controls.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 bao88's Right to Suspend

bao88 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, where required by applicable law, or where it determines that continuing the Account relationship poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

11.2 Player-Initiated Closure

A Player may request to close their Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Accounts closed at a Player's own request will have any remaining verified Balance returned to the Player's registered payment method, provided that all active wagering requirements have been completed or the relevant Bonus Funds are forfeited.

11.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. bao88 will notify the Account holder by their registered email address prior to applying any dormant account administration fee. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.

12 Responsible Gaming

13 Privacy and Data Protection

bao88 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, published at https://bao88.io/privacy-policy. By using the Platform and providing personal information, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bao88 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties except where required to process your transactions (e.g., payment providers), to comply with legal obligations, or where you have given explicit consent. All stored personal data is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and subject to strict internal access controls.

14 Intellectual Property

All content on the bao88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and interface design — is the intellectual property of bao88 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of bao88.

15 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bao88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

bao88's total liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bao88 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and shall not be liable for any loss caused by downtime, maintenance, technical failures, or events outside bao88's reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, or telecommunications outages.

16 Amendments to These Terms

bao88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bao88 will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered Players via their registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 11.

17 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bao88 Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting bao88 support at [email protected].

bao88 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve any complaint within 10 business days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt resolution through an agreed mediation process before initiating any formal legal proceedings.

Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
